Return and Refund Policy
How we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds for our web development services.
Last Updated:
Scope of This Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to website development and related digital services provided by Dloxarinzap. Because our work is primarily custom and service‑based, refunds are evaluated carefully and handled in a fair and transparent way.
Project Deposits and Payments
Before work begins, we may require an initial deposit as outlined in your project agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Deposits are generally non‑refundable once work has started, as they cover time reserved and initial project setup.
- Remaining payments are due according to the milestones or schedule agreed upon in your project documentation.
Cancellations by the Client
If you wish to cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project:
- If significant work has not yet been completed, we may offer a partial refund of fees paid, minus work already performed.
- If design, development, or other deliverables have already been provided, fees for completed work are not refundable.
- Any refundable amount, if applicable, will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and communicated in writing.
Cancellations by Dloxarinzap
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or stop a project, for example due to unforeseen circumstances or persistent non‑payment. If we cancel a project without cause:
- We will provide you with any completed deliverables up to the cancellation date.
- We may offer a partial refund for any portion of the project paid for but not yet completed, as outlined in your project agreement.
Quality Concerns and Revisions
Our goal is to deliver work that meets the scope and specifications agreed upon. If you have concerns about the quality or accuracy of our work:
- Please notify us in writing within a reasonable time after receiving the deliverables.
- We will review your feedback and, where appropriate, provide revisions in line with the revision terms described in your project agreement.
- Refunds are generally not offered in place of revisions when the work matches the agreed scope.
Non-Refundable Items and Services
Certain items and services are typically non‑refundable, including but not limited to:
- Domain name registrations and renewals.
- Third‑party software, themes, or plugins purchased on your behalf.
- Hosting fees or other third‑party service charges.
- Completed consulting sessions, strategy calls, or audits.
Timeline for Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
No Performance Guarantees
While we aim to build effective, high‑quality websites, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as a particular number of leads, sales, or search engine rankings. Our return and refund policy does not cover expectations related to performance outside the agreed technical and design scope.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
